How do you use MENO-SELECT?
Just as every woman is unique, so is menopause.  Menopause itself also changes over a period of time, so you should listen to your own body.  During early menopause, many women use one tablet a day.  After that, one tablet twice a day is average.  During very stressful or emotional times, you may use up to three a day.
