How do you use it?
For most women, 1 tablet twice daily for 90 days, then
1 tablet daily for as long as needed or directed. Throughout the first 90 days, you will notice results.
Once you have achieved optimum results for a period of time,
you may taper off and discontinue—then start again whenever you
feel the need.
Do
you take it every day, even during your period?
Yes.
The comprehensive formula was designed to be taken every
day, including during your period.
It is not intended for use during pregnancy or nursing.
