To Your Health

One of the keys to good health is to keep the body functioning the way it was meant to—naturally. Throughout history, man has uncovered a bounty of health benefits from the earth, through the diversity of resources found in nature. Earth's Bounty health supplements are formulated using unique combinations of natural herbal ingredients proven through time. In the product section, we provide information about the herbs and their functions. It is important to note that the effectiveness of an herbal health supplement comes not just from the function of the individual herbs, but how they work together.  This working together is "synergy."  In cooking, you can make many different types of foods using milk, eggs, butter and flour—but the recipe, mixing and baking work together to determine the all-important outcome. The same holds true for health supplements.

Our Medical Director, Dr. Center, is an advocate of natural healing. With him, we have answered the most Frequently Asked Questions in the product section of this web site. If you have questions regarding our products and don't see the answer, please contact us. We appreciate this opportunity to share our information with you and wish you the best of health.

Role of Health Supplements

Long before modern medicine and the advent of prescription drugs, herbs and natural remedies were used for health conditions of every kind throughout known history. Our collective ancestors have spent generations using and classifying a vast array of herbs and other ingredients from nature to help with health conditions. Applying modern research and techniques to these tried and true ingredients has resulted in what we know today as health supplements. Today's health supplements are generally compounded to provide natural, first-line relief to a variety of conditions common to people the world over.

In addition to the health condition aspect of supplements, there is also the nutritional aspect. If you subscribe to the addage "you are what you eat," then doesn't it make sense to get the most beneficial and natural ingredients available? We think it does. A widespread belief among the scientific community is that it is difficult to obtain the optimum balance of nutrition through the meals typically associated with modern diets and eating habits. Current thinking holds that supplementation with dietary health supplements can help overcome dietary deficiencies and provide relief from a variety of temporary and/or chronic health conditions. We support that body of thought and strive to provide you with natural ingredients of the highest order toward improvement of your health.

"Vitamins, minerals and many vitamin-like substances . . . are among the body's nutritional and biochemical building blocks. These nutrients take part in virtually every biochemical reaction."

Quality Assurance

Growing/Harvesting

Earth's Bounty uses raw ingredients from the finest sources available. We insist on the freshest herbs, farmed organically and grown locally whenever possible. Our Noni is grown under pristine conditions isolated in the tropics of Hawaii and Tahiti and manufactured to USA health standards. Our Noni processing techniques ensure optimum freshness of the fruit and potency of its enzymes and phytonutrients. Our velvet antler comes from a similarly pristine environment in New Zealand and is highly regulated by the New Zealand Federal Government. Our herbs and minerals are obtained from the finest natural sources and are not compromised with unnecessary fillers or unnatural ingredients.

Manufacturing

Every Earth's Bounty product contains the finest ingredients available. We use only those parts of the herbs and plants that yield the most beneficial nutrients. Our products are made the "old fashioned" way—in small batches, with the right ingredients added at just the right time in precise amounts. Our formulas have been developed with strict adherence to the manufacturing process so that the ingredients are synergistically blended to our exacting specifications to achieve optimum results every time. Each product is produced with the most modern equipment and tested against our stringent quality control standards. Earth's Bounty products never contain added color, salt, sugar, dairy, wheat or unnecessary additives of any kind.

New product development is an integral part of our long term commitment and service. Matrix Health Products uses state-of-the-art technology and follows strict quality control procedures for all of its processes—from raw materials to finished goods. Pharmaceutical encapsulating and tableting machinery and high speed, fully automatic bottling and packaging equipment are utilized. Proprietary processes have been developed and implemented for some of Earth's Bounty products.

Earth's Bounty is subject to U.S. Food & Drug Administration regulations. We meet or exceed all state, federal, and FDA standards and/or specifications, including those shown in 21 CFR 210-211 cGMP requirements (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
