Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Check or Money Order: Mail orders may be paid by personal check, bank cashier's check or money order—payable to Earth's Bounty, Inc. Checks without pre-printed name and address information may delay processing of your order. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $35.00 per check charge and must be replaced immediately with a money order or cashier's check.

Shipping
We ship to all street addresses in the USA & APO/FPO. Orders of 4 bottles or less of capsules are generally shipped by US Mail. Most other orders are shipped FedEx (no PO Boxes please). In the continental USA, the standard shipping rate is $2.00 per order. There is a $1.00 per bottle Delivery Surcharge for all 32 oz juices.

Earth's Bounty products are unconditionally guaranteed forever (in U.S.A.). You may return any product at any time, for any reason, for a complete refund or exchange. If you bought the product from us, simply return the product to us with a short explanation and proof of purchase. If you bought the product from a store or other Earth's Bounty reseller, please return the product to them for a refund or exchange.

Claims
If you experience product loss, damage or shortage on your order, please contact us via phone, fax or e-mail within 10 business days of your order (be sure to give us your name and phone number and/or e-mail so that we may contact you). We will take care of this for you right away.
